Deep Cleaning

Let Us Handle the Mess After the Builders Leave

The dust that stays behind after a renovation can be very hard to clean. It gets into the vents, on the light fixtures, and inside the cabinets. We know how to get rid of that fine white powder and the leftover scraps that builders leave behind. Our small teams use a detailed list to make sure we scrub every corner of your new space. We can work with your builder to make sure the cleaning happens right before you move in. We bring all the heavy-duty vacuums and cleaning soaps that work on tough construction messes. You can focus on picking out your furniture while we make sure the floors and walls are spotless.

Our Process

A Detailed Plan for Your New Build

Cleaning a construction site is different than a normal house cleaning. We spend a lot of time removing paint drops and sticky tape marks from the floors and windows. We wipe down the inside of every drawer and closet to get rid of sawdust. Our team also polishes the new faucets and sinks so they shine like they should. We vacuum the carpets multiple times to make sure the dust is truly gone. We bring everything we need for the job. We work hard to make sure your new space is healthy and ready for your family or your workers.

We treat every new build with the same care we would give our own home. Our goal is to make sure the only thing you have to do is turn the key and enjoy your new room.

FAQS

Post-Construction: Common Questions

  • Do you remove stickers and tape from new windows and appliances?

Yes. We carefully peel off all stickers and use safe cleaners to get rid of any sticky residue on your new glass and stainless steel.

  • Can you clean the inside of the air vents?

We wipe down the outside of the vents and vacuum as far as we can reach to make sure construction dust doesn't blow around your new home.

  • How much does a post-construction clean cost?

The price depends on the size of the project and how much dust is there. Most of these jobs are bid individually so you get a fair price for the work needed.

  • Do you handle the removal of large trash or leftover wood?

We focus on the fine cleaning of surfaces and floors. We do not handle the removal of large construction debris, leftover wood, or heavy trash piles left by builders. We prefer to come in after all vendors—such as construction, painting, carpet installation, and other trades—have completed their work so we can focus on the detailed cleaning phase.

  • How soon can you start after the painters are finished?

We usually wait 24 hours after the last coat of paint is dry to make sure we don't smudge the walls while we are cleaning the baseboards.
